Order Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your chosen address. During peak times or holidays, processing may extend to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times: Your package's estimated delivery time depends on your location. See the estimated delivery times according to your location:

East Coast: 5-8 business days

Central US: 5-8 business days

West Coast: 5-10 business days

Please note that peak times, holidays, and global shipping may lead to unexpected delays in transit and tracking updates beyond our control.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: Ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate info may result in delays or order cancellation. For address issues, our support team will email you within 3 business days for verification. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

For address changes within 24 hours of order placement, email us at questions@bamabags.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee after this time.

Delayed Delivery: At BamaBags™, we strive for timely delivery, but circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. Unexpected courier issues or disruptions, product availability, address verification, or payment processing delays may occur. We'll keep you informed of any issues affecting your order.

Please note that BamaBags™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors. While we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, we'll work to keep you updated and assist in resolving any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages: While we empathize with the frustration of lost or stolen packages, once handed to our couriers, it's out of our control. Contact us at questions@bamabags.com if your package is lost or stolen, and we'll assist you.

If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim directly with the courier. We'll also contact the courier on your behalf for updates. Note that BamaBags™ isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages but will support you in resolving the issue.

In the case of a lost package, consider filing a police report. BamaBags™ may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
